This was my final project of MSc. programme in TU Delft as a design intern in Driessen Galleys Europe. A research and design process was conducted for a new galley
assembly of cost and weight reduction by innovative materials, especially composite material manufacturing. A structured design process had started with an analysis phase and followed by concept generation and detailing during 8 months. Each design phase also consists of sub-phases such as creative sessions with the engineering department or methods for concept selection as shown in the process overview schema. Due to confidentiality, only a quick view of new design possibilities is shown.
